You didn’t miss him. He hasn’t shown up yet. They must be out hunting together or whatever else eagles do to get to know each other. They’ve only been together a week or so and need to bond.
I hope tomorrow’s eye surgery does the trick so your friend won’t have to endure any more of them. She’s in my prayers.
