President Donald Trump appeared to equate US actions with the authoritarian regime of Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview released Saturday, saying, "There are a lot of killers. You think our country's so innocent?"
Trump made the remark during an interview with Fox News' Bill O'Reilly, saying he respected his Russian counterpart.
"But he's a killer," O'Reilly said to Trump.

Nations may often have common interests, however is is best to address all positions from a position of strength.
In short, build a robust economy and prepare for war, then look for mutual interests and areas of cooperation.
We do not have many mutual interests with China other than they have bought the entire DemoRat party, and some of the GOPee.
In the context of the interview Trump was defending his intention to talk to Putin not Putin’s actions. But if CNN would like an example I’d like to introduce them to a story they’ve never heard of ... Fast and Furious.

Not exactly. 0bama and Hillary exploited a little loophole. Instead of targeting Gadaffi the individual, which is illegal as you say, they targeted the entire country of Libya. Spending hundreds of billions of dollars, they killed thousands of Libyans, destroyed the infrastructure, unleashed the dozen or so terrorist organizations there and created so much chaos that Gadaffi ended up killed by his own people.
That left Libya wide open to become the biggest terrorist training and supply camp in the world but totally worth getting Gadaffi offed without violating the law. 0bama and Hillary are innocent!
Recall Obama killing American citizens (I use that term loosely) via drone strikes? And CNN is concerned about Trump? What bunch of bean gas.
I am sure President Trump has read a LOT of classified docs that show what the o one has done in the last 8 years and is discussed with them.
It’s astounding, isn’t it? The DC crowd and the media don’t have a clue that people don’t buy into the US being pure as the new fallen snow in foreign affairs. It just might be that this statement will have true liberals agreeing with President Trump.
