As trials of political prisoners on trumped up charges by the central government loom, charges that have either been dismissed or they have been acquitted of in Oregon, the Bureau of Land Management agent in charge has now allegedly been found guilty of misconduct by the Inspector General; and a Bundy case attorney is going after him.

Attorney Chris Rasmussen filed a Motion For Review of BLM Personnel Records after a scathing report released by the Office Of The Inspector General, said a Special Agent In Charge of the BLM was found to have committed Ethical Violations and Misconduct during an event in 2015 called Burning Man held in Black Rock Desert, Nevada.
The report contained points of interest for attorneys fighting an uphill battle in the Bundy Ranch case, especially the part about the Special Agent trying to intimidate and influence witnesses in his ethics investigation.
Daniel P. Love, who is believed to be the Special Agent in Charge the report is referring to, was also the Special Agent In Charge of the Bundy Ranch Cattle Impoundment of 2014. Complaint after complaint was filed against Dan Love before, during, and after the protest, but failed to catch the eye of the Inspector Generals Office. This time the complaints came from within the BLM staff itself and it looks as though the Super-Agent will finally be held accountable.

prosecutors .. were seeking to cover up the criminal actions and lawless conduct of armed BLM agents that surrounded Bundy Ranch.

This guy actually disobeyed the direct order of our State Attorney General and beat people up and arrested them when he had no authority to do so
...
The BLM is out of control. They believe their authority supercedes the Constitution. However, they are an illegal agency

At least the Love guy stood down at the Bundy Ranch, though it may have been Dingy Hairy who gave the oder to do so. Note that Dingy’s Minion Neil Kornze is still likeky in charge at the BLM.
When these kind of Napoleanic warrior go bad they need to be taken down to the bottom. There are toomany of them and they are making toomuch money for their illegal actions.

If the Federal Government turned over all the land the BLM controls to the states that rightly should have it, there would be no need for the BLM. In fact all Federal Land not essential for military and governmental necessities should revert back to the individual states.
If this were done, commerce would bloom, and freedom expand.
The BLM should be disbanded.
Demoting this guy is absurd. He should’ve been fired, but so should the rest of them. The Feds need to get OFF these lands & the BLM needs to go away.
The BLM should not exist. Period. It’s sad that this is not the constant refrain from Freepers here.
BLM land should become state land.
“BLM land should become state land.”
And that would give Nevada back more than 80% of it’s total land area! This Federal Government exacted huge land “concessions” in “exchange” for statehood for EVERY STATE west of the Mississippi. Time for all of it to be returned to the respective states and the BLM shuttered for good.
I have mixed feelings about national parks and forests, but BLM should be state land and the agency closed.
“I have mixed feelings about national parks and forests, but BLM should be state land and the agency closed.”
National Parks are fine, but there needs to be a different process for “designating” new ones. Just so any future Obola can’t be taking public lands off the list for his own devices.
agreed

and/or sell the BLM holdings to towns ( like Denver - Winter Park ), people , or businesses.
Perhaps. A hand off from fed to state control would be pretty strait forward and the BLM could be disbanded.
Yes.. the BLM could be disbanded.
Offer them all a nice position with ICE patrolling the Southern border.
