Her head is useless, of course.

I really would not want anything bad to happen to Judge Ginsburg.

They need to review all the methods Monty Burns has implemented on 28 years of the Simpsons to keep himself alive and vital.

Ruth and Monty actually appear to be quite similar in appearance, though he cannot actually hurt anyone - being a cartoon character and all.

eight or so units of A-positive

And in a hilariously ironic end, Ginsburg turns out to be B-negative so Rachel's blood kills her and opens up that seat.

Remember, Ginsburg the former ACLU Attorney received 97 Yes Votes for her Confirmation in the Senate.

I find this offer creepy....

However, I wonder if RBG is waiting for the mid-terms to see if the Dem's get the Senate, that is her last hope. Some have posted here her health is good, I have read elsewhere, not so much. Regardless "Sundance" @ CTH is saying Kennedy will retire after the next session / late summer /early fall. That would be two for P-DJT. It is not inconceivable that via choosing retirement etc. a 3rd nominee for P-DJT via RBG's departure is a real possibility.

Forrest Ginsburg: "Those must be comfortable shoes, I bet you could walk all day in shoes like those and not feel a thing. My mama always said you can tell a lot about a person by their shoes, where they going, where they been. I've worn a lots of shoes. I bet if I think about it real hard I can remember my first pair of shoes."

The left is desperately afraid that Ginsberg is going to die and Trump will replace her with a strict constitutionalist.

Democrats won’t let go easily.

They will soon be arguing and filing lawsuits claiming there is no legal justification for removing someone from the SCOTUS bench just because he or she has passed on and is no longer extant.

They will claim that there is nothing in the constitution specifying that a Supreme Court Justice must still be alive.

It's all about saving their precious "right" to abortion.

The possible overturn of Roe v Wade is the basis of 99% of the Left's "outrage" at any conservative victory.

Most pro-abort Leftists know that overturning Roe will NOT end legalized abortion in many states. California and the entire northeast will continue to keep baby-killing legal, up until the moment of birth.

But the Left cherishes SCOTUS's imprimatur for aborting chlldren. It's the fig leaf that allows them to believe they're righteous and "good people," even as they countenance the extremely cruel destruction of babies by dismemberment or poisoning.

Prediction: When we have finally succeeded in scrapping Roe to the dustbin of history, the Left will have the ultimate psychological meltdown. Worse even than we're seeing today.

Dear the Honorable Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg,

How are you? No, really, how are you?

The "progressives" can see this one coming.

It will plow through their agenda like...

The problem is, of course, that jurisdiction of the District Courts includes Constitutional questions. They don’t have this right under the Constitution. It was conferred on them by Congress and it could be taken away. The Supreme Court could never deal with all of this control being exercised by District judges.

After Ginsburg kicks the bucket, perhaps we’ll get lucky and Kagan and Sotemeir** get hit by a truck.

The Supreme Court would right where it needs to be to get this country back on track.

Back when savages ruled the world there were "voluntary" human sacrifices.

I always wondered how voluntary they were.

Having read this thing I still have my doubts but am leaning toward maybe there were a few people who were that nuts.
