Now-a-days UCB is a school of eggheads who get very good grades and certainly don’t beat people, throw Molotov Cocktails or break into and trash businesses. Berkeley students are not the same as those in the 60s and 70s.

What you saw in this riot were the same thugs from Occupy Oakland, BLM Oakland, the Trump rally where they threw an egg at a women and spit on several people, and the after election protests where one women was on video screaming that people will lose their lives in the war against Trump.

These are mercenary thugs, rabble-rousers who show up at protests to start the mayhem, turning a protest into a riot. While students may have been around to see what the fuss was about. Maybe some carried signs. The people who made the news reels had nothing to do with the University. So don’t go after the school. Figure out who these people are and get them behind bars.
