Theyre hiring the wrong people. But another company is doing the right thing.
Liberty Alliance vice president Joe Wurzelbacher, who earned the moniker Joe the Plumber after his discussion on socialism with then-candidate Barack Obama during the 2008 presidential campaign, said that Starbucks has its priorities all wrong. Howard Schultz, the coffee giants CEO, announced plans to hire 10,000 refugees to work in its restaurants.
When 11,000 air traffic controllers called his bluff, President Reagan fired all of themits called leadership
I believe he should hire 10,000 veterans instead of the refugees, Wurzelbacher said. Theyre the ones who made it possible for Starbucks to be where theyre a now.
He found it ironic that Starbucks is only able to force the need for an additional 10,000 employees because we now have a business-friendly president in the White House.
For people to be able to afford Mr. Starbucks overpriced coffee, they gotta have jobs, Wurzelbacher said. And thats what President Donald Trump brings to the table, and thats why Mr. Starbucks is able to hire 10,000 more employees.

It’s crazy to have all of life politicised. It won’t end well.
Refugees come from a culture that do not use toilet paper, but their hands to wipe fecal matter from themselves after they have a bowel movement!
Since these people are resistant to western customs, I would purchase coffee from another coffee chain!
This is no joke.
A lot of the refugees are vets too - just from the other side and the only thing they are “refugees” from is a war crimes tribunal
That is why I posted this...BlackRifleCoffee is going to hire veterans.......I choose to support BlackRifleCoffee over starbucks.
Can you just imagine the line of people trying to get a refugee to understand they want a “caramel soy machiota with foam and NO drizzle...”
Lol
This plan is not a serious plan. It’ll never happen, it’s to make Mr. Starbucks feel good about himself.
I am a long time consumer of Starbucks Espresso. It comes in 12 oz bags both ground and whole bean. I buy the ground version.
Due to the idiotic behavior of the Starbucks CEO, I’ve decided to look around for an alternate source that more or less matches the Espresso roast that I’ve grown used to.
Suggestions welcomed. We should all be doing what we can to boycott Starbucks.
Just went to the website..... http://www.blackriflecoffee.com/
They are sold out of almost every coffee blend ... out of 40 or so products, maybe 2-3 left to purchase :)
That tweet was the best decision the guy ever made!
OK for me.
OK for me.
Here you go....just do it!

He always nails it!
The Coffee Bean. I only use Shariabucks for wifi.
Instead of a Starbucks on every corner, there will be a Starbucks on every other corner, and a BlackRifleCoffee on every other cornner.
The Starbucks CEO stepped in it.
I wonder if they sell of it in Hawaii.
Mark
Starbucks is on my no no list. It was overpriced anyways. Feels good to hit them where it hurts.
