Sanders, Cruz to face off in debate over future of ObamaCare on CNN

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) will go to battle next week in a debate over the future of ObamaCare.

Sanders and Cruz, who both ran for their party's nomination in the 2016 presidential race, will square off in a debate airing on CNN next Tuesday, Feb. 7, at 9 p.m.

The debate will be moderated by CNN’s Jake Tapper and Dana Bash. The debate comes as Republicans in Congress craft a plan to repeal and replace former President Obama’s signature healthcare law. A promo for the debate aired during CNN's town hall with House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), and news quickly spread on social media.

I've wanted a Ted Cruz / Bernie Sanders debate for over a year now. https://t.co/zkP52IUcCu

If it was Tapper, Bash, Sanders and Obama vs a drugged Ted Cruz it would start getting close to fair.

I am not worried at all about Tapper, Sanders & Bash vs Ted Cruz.

The Cruz missile will make Colonel Sanders finger licking good, and Anderson Cooper will do a 180. Wolf will barricade himself in the Constipation Room and Don Lemon will add three more bald black men to his panel.

It’s good for the country. 60’s Radical vs. Reagan conservative. We needed this debate. Think of it as Reagan/Kennedy in 67’.

Running for Senator from Texas without telling Texans you are still a Canadian citizen is not conservative.
Or hones.
Running for President when you are ineligible is not conservative.
Or honest.

He had the opportunity at the convention to endorse our nominee and build momentum to beat Hillary.
Couldn’t do it.
He finally made some calls in September one day and did three events in November.
That was all he could do to help elect Trump?

Since inauguration he has been trying to help Trump, better than many Republicans, but he has quite a hole to dig himself out of with many of us.
And we will never support him for President.
Cubanadians are not natural born citizens.

If you believe they are then Anwar al-Awlaki’s kids are eligible to run, too.

Ted Cruz disqualified himself as “self respecting.” More surprised Bernie would associate with the Clinton campaign network that did him wrong.
