What Conservative city ? Virtually every urban locale is left-wing. Even if you found one and made it the new national capital, it would become leftist in short order. Look how radicalized nearly every state capital has become since the 1980s.

That’s right; at one time Indianapolis was considered “conservative” because it could annex suburbs. Richard Lugar was even called “Nixon’s favorite mayor” at the time. San Diego and Dallas were once conservative too. Now, I understand even Tulsa is moving to the left.

Do not be so pessimistic!

I think a new capital is warranted due to the violence of the opposition party!
