That’s right; at one time Indianapolis was considered “conservative” because it could annex suburbs. Richard Lugar was even called “Nixon’s favorite mayor” at the time. San Diego and Dallas were once conservative too. Now, I understand even Tulsa is moving to the left.

It’s growing Hispanic and black population in urban areas and hipster migration into urban areas

Homey and hipster don’t do suburbs or exurbia or country well

Latinos can but these new four foot tall ones haven’t made enough cash yet

Dallas was once Bircher land
