She can fly in on weekends and major events as needed and President Trump and fly to NY on weekends, and if I am not mistaken, he very much enjoys sleeping in his own bed.
Many people have had to be temporarily separated due to commitments - work, military. It is not impossible to do, and does not imply a bad marriage.
