After eight years of a permanently aggrieved minority president in the White House liberals, were convinced they getting another pony for Christmas. But November 8th arrived and the bottom fell out of the tub. No pony. The only transition Hillary Rodham Clinton was to make was into a “splat” after she swan dived off the high board into an empty swimming pool at the Javits Center. An outcome which stunned not only her own party, the pundits, the chattering class on the networks, the polls, the Las Vegas point spread but the uncanny Mike Lindell look-a-like Larry J. Sabato of the University of Virginia Center for Politics.
It doesn’t get more embarrassing than that.
But yet jaws set tightly, lips pressed into a thin line with a pink knit pussy hat pulled low, liberals are determined to persevere. They will just not stop coming on. Why? Well it’s because as David Harsanyi put it in The Federalist a couple of years ago the Left believes that:
Even in defeat, liberals are predestined for victory. The intellectual case for progressivism is unassailable. The potency of their moral case makes them unstoppable. Demography is destiny. Old people die. White people disappear. The trajectory set.
Or as Nikita Khrushchev put it “history is on our side.”

America may have a non-white majority by 2045 and the Democrats hope history will be on their side eventually. Well, if this does occur, and the vast majority of non-whites still are Democrats in 2045, the only thing that will be history will be the United States. Total liberalism without interference will destroy us all.
Yep, we hear this right side of history meme from liberals a lot. We heard that meme a lot on the homosexual marriage issue, for example.
And we see liberals who believe they are superior and smarter than everyone else. Obama and other liberals have blamed election losses on not having adequately explained liberal policies to the American people.
So, in the view, liberalism is never rejected by people. Rather, they just didn’t understand how wonderful liberalism is, or else candidates didn’t do a good enough job of explaining liberalism to people.

If there is something that decades of a school of hard knocks has taught me, it is that the rambunctious right is no more considered a paragon of virtue by the actual, genuine Lord than is the lollygagging left.

I hope you’re right. It’s hard work trying to convince my family and friends of color that the Democrats are bad for this country. I know what total liberal rule will do to this country. I grew up in Connecticut and California and look what the lefties have done to those two states.
Point taken. By no means do I believe that just by NOT being a godless leftist makes one saved. I do believe, however, that the godless, lawless demonstrations we have been seeing is the very thing that will usher in the antichrist. There is a reason he is called the “man of lawlessness,” 2 Thess. 2.
Something very striking to me also: which party is it that voted God out in their national convention?
In the liberals' view, liberals ARE "the people". If they don't win, that means that some oppressor of the people has got a temporary leg up and re-established a reactionary order. But "the people" will rise up and inevitably win.
A corollary of this idea is that liberalism is simply right by definition. Which is why they are so proof against logical challenges from the likes of us.
I saw Brad Pitt in an interview once saying that those who despise socialism have probably never been to a socialist country but he had and it was wonderful. I was amazed to learn that he had so little brainpower.
that is why it is sooooo important to ram our agenda through now..they will need all congress and the wh to undo what we are doing through Trump..no mercy, who cares if their view is not held up as a beacon..not me..run em down, over, and send em packing to mehico-astan..
