Our diplomats serve at the pleasure of our government.
They advance the policies of our nation, and right now Trump sets that diplomatic agenda.
If they can’t climb on board that agenda, they need to go.
Nobody can explain to me in simple terms why a diplomat should be able to champion a policy against the best interests of this nation.
Whether this is such a case or not, there has to be a way to exit a person filling that description. And if there is removal for that, then they are open to being removed for other causes.
This objection is not to your simply relating what you read. I appreciate the mention. I reject that premise.
I’m sure a lot of Leftists think along those lines. I sure don’t join them in that.
I hear the gnashing of teeth from those who have been traitorous and are about to be fully exposed. They hope to take down or intimidate this POTUS in hopes it will diffuse their destruction.
