A Democratic senator says she is working on two bills to strike down President Trump's executive order that temporarily bars immigration from seven Muslim-majority countries and refugees.
"Congress must take swift action in response to President Trump's discriminatory order," tweeted California Sen. Dianne Feinstein on Sunday.
Feinstein, the ranking member on the Judiciary Committee, said she is drafting the legislation that she will introduce Monday.

And this, after the Republicans were accused of being obstructionist and “blocking everything Obama tried to do,” which, of course, is precisely the opposite of what happened. Now, one week after Trump’s inauguration, they’re introducing obstructionist legislation, slowing the confirmation process, promising to obstruct his supreme court appointments, etc.

It was just announced on Fox Business that Steve Mnuchin’s Finance Committee vote has been delayed until tomorrow by the Democrats. Makes it sound like the Dems are in charge.

Don’t be so sure about all the Democrats. 25 of them are up for reelection in two years, many in states Trump won. They play that game at their own risk, and they know it.

The Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952 was passed by a democrat congress and signed by a democrat president. It provides unambiguous sole authority to the President to block immigration to the US. Mrs. Blum reminds us once again of how stupid she is.
