I love cream cheese on a lot of things. It is even good on pizza after it is cooked. I made a pie last night with cream cheese, a can of Eagle Brand milk and 1/4 c of lemon juice. Oh, I added some lemon zest. Mix and pour in graham cracker crust. So easy and good.
