Pancreatic cancer is rough. My cat got it and died within a month. Steve Job had it for four years and threw everything at it: Stanford medicine miracles, vitamins, nutrition, Eastern teas, and meditation. Job died with the regret that he did not do everything possible to cure pancreatic cancer.
John Hurt was excellent in Midnight Express, 1978.

Damn good movie. I thought it should have beat out The Deer Hunter for best picture that year. He played Max.
