From the link in post 8.....

He warned Hernandez that if she did not undo her sanctuary decisions before the beginning of February in her county, a county that includes the city of Austin, then she will lose her funding.

This could mean that the county will lose Criminal Justice Division grant money, which would not affect the country until later in the year, but the $1.8 million that was granted last year will be depleted by October of this year.

This will greatly affect the juvenile justice system in Travis County, according to Judge Sarah Eckhardt. “It hits the sheriff’s office very little at all,” she stated. “It hits the county attorney’s office, the district attorney’s office, the civil court system, and the juvenile probation system. It hardly touches the sheriff’s department.”

Of all the arrogant stupidity. This cop-ette is not affected. But many other jobs, departments and offices will be harmed.

Lets hope that other city and county officials will come together and prevent this beyotch from screwing Austin up even more than it already is.

The argument is over. The happening is happening. What this means is that this is a decision that the commissioners’ court had better take up, its over the sheriff’s pay grade. Now, I grant that a sheriff is queen in her county (I just threw up in my mouth a little), but I think the commissioners have ways to reign her in or remove her.
