Please, please this Obama’s rule. He should be blamed for sending this illegal back to Spain. Driving drunk is not a victimless crime. We see too many drunk drivers going wrong way and hitting someone head on. Other driver killed, drunk walks away. Her kids can stay here or come back later. Oh by the way, her kids speak Spanish.

I can attest to that. Had one drunk swerve his car across 4 lanes and stopped right in front of me. I could not stop in time.
She can go back to Spain or wherever.
If she’d done it here in NJ she’d probably be OK; it isn’t a crime (not even a misdemeanor), but a motor vehicle violation. As I understand it, in some other states it is a felony.
