There are a number of solutions on the table, but your proposed re-registration of voters ought to be at the core of the program.

Encouraging states to cleanse corrupt voter records may well be part of a “sanctuary city” resolution. Some states may gain an exemption by a showing its registration process has been properly conducted and maintained.

Fortunately, we now have a non-politician, business manager in the Oval Office; one who knows how to delegate and otherwise use leverage to achieve proper results for the health of an entity.

Of course, there will be much hand-wringing and wailing that re-registration will create an unreasonable burden on the poor. Trump would likely say, “It will not cost the poor a dime...get over it”.

Do NOT allow motor voter, ACORN or other left wing groups to register "Mickey Mouse".
You will be pleased to learn that such is already a felony at the federal level but, after all, the feds have more important things to do and cannot chase after every infraction. /snort

And WHERE is the purple finger?
Some will no doubt argue that such a barbaric practice is inconsistent with the computer age. But that or a more effective measure seems a good idea. We should expect that one day soon the there will be the immediate capability of ensuring "one voter registration card, one vote".
