It was something President Trump was going to act upon and it got leaked to a reporter before it took place. She made a reference to that.

I remember Trump making a complaint about a security briefing becoming news even though he didn’t tell anybody on his staff, and I think the implication (if he didn’t say it directly) was that it was somebody from the meeting who leaked it.
