I would suggest that the two hitmen, and this is a hit, are more dangerous, because of the brazen nature of the attack. They didn’t follow him and get him on the street. The invaded the building and hunted him down, and apparently shot him in front of multiple witnesses. They are sending a message, and they don’t care who knows.
Frankly there is a lot more to this story, than what is reported

The hitmen didn’t kill everyone in the house, though. They just took out the one guy.
That discipline might make them less dangerous in an overall sense. Your mileage may vary.
