Many just use the single word ‘Bump’.
Bump, or BTTT (Bump to the top) is a means of moving an article or reply to the top of the list if you have "Comments" (vs "Activities" or "Articles") as your primary choice for viewing.
In this particular case, jackibutterfly, I was heading out to work shortly and didn't want to have to scroll through several pages of "Articles" to find this thread again. "bfl" the thread and under "My Comments" it's right near the top.
