Over and above the political overtones, the writing is not funny on any level.

The woman I mentioned ranted and made faces. She has a very unfortunate face to begin with, and the faces she made were disgusting.

I swear the only applause must be canned.

The writing has been puerile, unfunny ( on ALL possible levels !), and certainly NOT at all clever, for 4 decades and is worse today, than ever before!

I don't watch ANYTHING on the networks and only some of the cable stations, now and have done for about 20+ years.
