For the past 6 weeks, I've been in the most hideous pain in my life wherein I couldn't even walk my French Bulldog puppy, Louie more than 25 feet without stopping to sit down. In fact, I couldn't stand in the kitchen for 3 minutes waiting for a frozen dinner to nuke in the microwave oven due to the shooting pain down my left leg.
Friday I went back to the Doctor of Osteopathic medicine who had taken several x-rays of my spine and hips the previous week and miracles of miracles, he told me he thinks he can cure me, and if not cure me, at least ease my pain by 95%!
I have not been able to stand up straight in over 10 years but I can stand up almost straight today!
I have to attend Physical Therapy 4 times a week and do these floor stretches every day without fail, but that's no problem!
I also have new prescription medicine and that's all right, too. I'm taking it as directed.
He cracked my back (I heard it), and twisted my arms in their opposite direction, and when I stood up, I stood up straight! Pain free. Like magic.
Praise God!
My PT appointments are every week day except Friday from 10:00AM - Noon Pacific... at his facility.
Heavy storm warning just issued for Ocean Beach where I reside. Must hurry to Von's market before dark. BRB.

Back pain is such a misery. I got Rolfed (ten planned sessions of deep tissue massage) after a car accident and it helped enormously. Hope your therapy does the trick for you, dear onyx!
