Sunday on NBC’s “Meet The Press,” during a very contentious interview, President Donald Trump aide Kellyanne Conway told host Chuck Todd, “We’re going to have to rethink our relationship here,” if he continued to ask why press secretary Sean Spicer told a “falsehood,” about Trump’s inaugural crowd size.
Todd asked, “I’m curious why president trump chose yesterday to send out his press secretary to essentially litigate a provable falsehood when it comes to a small and petty thing like inaugural crowd size. my question to you is why do that.?
After her answer Todd again said, “You did not answer the question. Why did the president send out his press secretary who is not just the spokesperson for Donald Trump, he is also the spokesperson for all of America at times. He speaks for all of the country at times, why put him out there for the very first time in front of that podium to utter a provable falsehood? It’s a small thing, but the first time he confronts the public it’s a falsehood.”
Conway said “Chuck, if we’re going to keep referring to our press secretary in those types of terms, I think we are going to have to rethink our relationship here. I want a great open relationship with our press.”

The relationship certainly does need a rethink.
It is not good that Trump & Co. are reacting to the garbage put out by the MSM. Being reactive is defensive in nature. Trump needs to be proactive.
Instead, Trump needs to label CNN & the like as Leftist propagandists, not journalists, & suspend their WH privileges until such time as they start acting like objective journalists. Then, ignore them completely. Give them NO interviews, no comments, no replies.
Reasonable people ignore the CPUSA, the KKK, the NAACP, & other fringe groups. Likewise, CNN & much of the MSM should be ignored. Giving them any credibility puts Trump in the same trap the Republicans have wallowed in for decades: letting the Left control the conversation. Having an interview with Chuck Todd & his ilk is the same as having an interview with Ashley Judd or Madonna. What good can possibly come from it?
You cannot spend any time reacting to the Left in general, as that time is wasted time. There are far more important things to do than spar with loons. Yet, this is their goal: to tie up Trump & Co. reacting to accusations from the Left. The heckler wins when we are distracted. Trump seems overly distracted by the venom coming from the Left. Not good, IMO.
The WH press Corp should be centered in Anchorage.
I am just disappointed that Kelly Ann didn’t refer to the CNN gigapixel image of the Inauguration crowd which demonstrates that the crowd size is easily equal to any but the first Obama crowd size.
Also that there were tens of thousands that were there, delayed at getting in or redirected away to where there were TVs set up by the crowd control agents. Perhaps Kelly Ann felt that would have just degenerated into a shouting match. Todd is so dishonest & corrupted that I wish the Trump team would refuse to appear on his segments.

I don’t understand why she didn’t mention that the photo “proof” the media had, was taken earlier in the day before the crowd filled in.

Conway is astute enough to deliver this veiled threat via her statement.
She did mention the “times” of the photos were different but Todd was overtalking her.
Yes I can see Todd was quaking in his boots.
Trump has put msm on notice, no more lies no matter how trivial they are.
And ya know what? He doesn’t owe the press anything to be held accountable for. He certainly isn’t for his election. The people will hold Trump accountable. Press gets nothing.
