Too bad; I recommended they send them all down to Gitmo for a couple of weeks .. and scare some sense into them.
Technically; they could have been charged with terrorism.

Actually, I’d go a different route. I’d drag them into the court and offer the deal...if they damaged property, five years of prison and $20k fine OR they wear a GPS ‘cuff’ on their leg and only go to work, attend church, and grocery shopping (for three years). I’d force them to rehab themselves voluntarily.

My son was trying to attend the Milo event in Seattle. The police would only allow the “VIPs” in that were vouched for by the Milo people. My son was mad as he had waited in line with protestors all around. I'm guessing the cops figured a protestor could have gained access to the meeting?? More protesters came and the throwing of jars of paint, bricks, etc. began. One person was critically shot. The shooter turned himself in and was released, so probably a case of justified self defense.
And at the inauguration they were protesting and blocking people from attending. “Terrorising” any that tried to get to where they were going.
I agree - charge them with terrorism.

No. Gitmo has better conditions and food than our prisons!
