Fake news outlet CNN’s top executive, Jeff Zucker, is threatening the incoming president of the United States Donald J. Trump.
“It’s just unfortunate that the most powerful person in the world is trying to delegitimize journalism and an organization that plays such a vital role in our democracy,” Zucker, CNN’s president, said in an interview with NY Magazine’s Gabriel Sherman, when asked about how Trump denounced CNN as “fake news” at his press conference last week in New York City....-snip-

“I think the era of access journalism as we’ve known it is over,” Zucker replied to Sherman. “It doesn’t worry me that Donald Trump hasn’t done an interview with CNN in eight months. I think our credibility is higher than ever, and our viewership is higher than ever, and our reporting is as strong as ever. ...

Uh, yeah. What JEFF hasn’t figured out yet is that the leaders of the world aren’t stupid enough to think that CNN’s fake news is in any way useful to them regarding the realities of the Trump Administration, except perhaps as a marker for the opposite of reality.
Aside from having gigantic intelligence communities that gather intelligence from hundreds of sources and who no doubt consider CNN to be laughable, more and more lower level minions around the world without access to such intelligence will be turning to sources like FNC and brietbart to find out what’s really going on with the Trump Administration.
You know, Jeff, just because foreign government workers may have tuned in to CNN in the past, doesn’t mean that they are so primitive as to not have remotely controlled channel changers in hand. It’s REALLY quite easy to change channels, Jeff. Really.

I cannot fathom any organization who truly would not recognize a sea change or that they were in dire need of a course correction unless they were meeting the outlines of their mission statement and purposely skewing data and reporting to meet their own agenda. As a pilot flying all over the world and laying over in every one of the cities Zucker mentions, I can say in my 20 years all I heard was anti-American diatribe by the international anchors and reporters at CNN Asia and CNN Europe.

Aircrew have been calling it Clinton News Network since the 1990’s and it hasn’t changed in the USA nor internationally since then.
CNN seldom aired in the aircrew lounge (have you noticed that every airport in the USA shows CNN exclusively, never Fox News).
