I didn't state my time-discrepancy observation clearly in post 260. Let's try again:

FR's system's internal clock appears to be running 82 seconds slower than actual time. A post entered at real time x will appear with a time stamp 82 seconds earlier, ignoring packet-travel time.

Is clear, yes?
