What press conference - it's been a monologue for the longest time. He's been standing up there stuttering, babbling, talking in circles. Think what he's doing is putting out soundbites that the PR arm of the DNC - the media - will polish and package up to put out the illusion that it was all profound, making Obabble look like a deep thinker.
