I think, with a "sincere" attempt to stop ISIS, it can be rendered impotent.

Where we go from there, God willing, is back to a commitment of technological advancement.

I think ISIS was a temporary entity.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it doesn’t exist by name in three years. I may be wrong in that, but look at it’s status now compared to several years ago.

Going after it with Russia, would be a good thing IMO.
