Another issue with loosening the definition of "natural born citizen" is that it could potentially lead to someone being president of more than one country. If those elections are manipulated, it's a real easy path to global gov.

That's not fanciful. Look at the EU, which started out as a common market to lower trade barriers. The people can't get rid of that monster on the loose.
