All over Twitter the left is spouting about Trump insulting a great American who shed blood for his country (during civil rights demonstrations) while Trump avoided the draft.... and all on MLK weekend! So now I guess it is a weekend rather than a day for MLK. It is a mess out there.
If they return the donations there is no downside to the donors. The donors who made multimillion dollar donations in expectation of future access SHOULD face consequences. Let them kiss their money goodby.
Yes, he was heroic ... and has an important place in our history... BUT he was divisive and changed the civil rights movement away from the high minded moral nonviolence of MLK to the lower resentment and violence that would later influence the birth of violent Panther type groups...

I believe you are correct. It was immediately after the rats shoved through Obama care.They left the the Captitol and marched right the face of opponents who were outside. They put the Black Caucus in front,alerted the MSM and planned it so they could get any racist remarks on the evening news.When they weren’t any Lewis and 1 or 2 others claimed there were despite the fact none of dozens of film crews caught it. If you questioned it you were called a Racist “doubting the integrity of a African-American Congressman”
