$2 billion in a week? The wall is going to be a LOT cheaper in the long run. And Trump hasn't even served his first day in office!
To: LibWhacker
Might wanna pay for that wall for the privilege of keeping your citizens happy in this country and preventing riots, as well, anarchy in yours....

21.55 pesos per US $1. I see more Americans taking vacations down south in the future.

Probably one of the smartest things my Spanish/Mestizo ancestors did was leave Mexico 200+ years ago for what is now SW Texas and NM-the further away from the center of Spanish government, the better-apparently the place was a mess even then...

As Mexico spirals into the third world crap-hole it has always been, the smart money is leaving since there will be fewer dollars remitted into Mexico and therefore a lower economy. With the huge influx of repatriated mexicans from the US, their wages will stagnate to decline.
No, Mexico is no place to have your money. A failed third world narco-state.

Global investors are fleeing Mexico's financial markets, sending the peso to record lows on mounting concerns that Donald Trump's trade policy could end the country's privileged status among developing countries. So basing your economy on theft and manipulation isn't a good idea? Good to know.

You people may want to tell Vinnie Fox to knock off calling PE Trump a “mo....f.....”. The boy needs to clean up his act.

The smart folks have been telling us for years that the influx of illegal aliens from Mexico was the foundation for our economic stability. If they return home, it should have the same positive impact on the Mexican economy. I am certainly willing to make the sacrifice.

Considering what has happened to Mexico in the few weeks BEFORE the next President even took office, imagine the damage Nafta and other bad deals have been doing daily to the USA for over thirty years.

Mexico is largely two income layers far apart. The rich people assumed they would always be able to parasite off of the US and would never have to actually build an economy of their own and build a middle class work force.
Now would be a good time to start.

Mexican bank officials said Tuesday that they spent $2 billion last week to prop up the peso, which has weakened nearly 16% against the dollar since the U.S. election.

Maybe if they pay for the border wall and show Trump respect, he’ll let them take a couple of gulps of air before he starts applying pressure again.

The SOS and the next American ambassador to Mexico are going to be critical. It is in our national interest to steer them towards real reform and success. Otherwise, downward spiral and civil war....and then the Russians or Chinese come in.

I want that wall to block a lot more than just wetbacks and drugs. And if Mexico loses its Third World status and slips to Fourth World as a result,so be it!

Best time ever to buy land in Mexico? Cheap U.S. rates, low peso + PANIC = opportunity

Ask nicely and we’ll let you pay for the wall.
