I’d prefer her not to be pardoned, but if BO gives us that lemon, we can make some pretty decent lemonade out of it.
The investigations of the various activites: Benghazi, the email server, the foundation, Weinergate, etc., will continue.
HRC can no longer plead the 5th amendment, as she is already immunized against self-incrimination. None the less, I see her committing perjury or contempt of Congress/contempt of court for lying or refusing to testify in ensuing cases. These will be new crimes that will have been committed after her pardon, and she will be subject to prosecution for them. I don’t think her ego/hubris will allow her to come clean and spill her guts on all the poor saps around her who weren’t pardoned. But even if I’m wrong, and she does sing like a canary, it will expose all her malfeasance, which is the same thing a successful prosecution of her would do should she not be pardoned.
Even if she is pardoned; she should still go through the process of being indicted, tried, and sentenced even if the sentence can’t be carried out or she never sets one foot in a court room. The world would know what a sleazebag she is and will have been proven in a court of law even if in absentia.
Sadly such is the way with upper level politics.
I believe she gets a pardon. But she can still face state charges re foundation, including in Arkansas.
There’s NO way he pardons her. She is then in the clear and still has all the Benghazi/etc. goods on Obozo. O knows that the new admin will THOROUGHLY investigate the Clinton Foundation slush fund, leaving the Clinton name tarnished and the Obama name as head of the DNC for the next eight years. This is an historic changing of the guards, the Clintons have been in control of the party sine 1992, and there is NO WAY ValJar is going to let this opportunity get away from Team Obamugabe.
Instead, he will pardon everyone else on the planet, and then tells us how principled he is by allowing the “Rule of Law” to play out while doing what he does best: kick the can down the road to a future President.
I wonder how much cash the Clinton Foundation will donate to the Obama Foundation for Hillary’s Pardon.
She should be in the receiving end of a firing squad.
Does a pardon have to be requested or can Obama just hand them out like candy (or taxpayer money)? If HRC requests one, she fears prosecution. If Bronco Bama just issues one on his accord, HRC can maintain her innocence but both are a tacit admission of wrongdoing.
What the hell can he pardon if she hasn’t done anything wrong?

If someone is pardoned, does that mean that they can still be tried and convicted, but that they just don’t go to jail? Or If someone is pardoned, they can’t even be tried?
The reason I ask, is that if Hillary is pardoned, I still want to see her tried and convicted. Even if she doesn’t go to jail, I want to see that tag wrapped around the Clintons and all those associated with her.
On top of that, if she is pardoned but can still be tried and convicted, but no jail; then I would make an argument to try her and convict her, tell people that it is ok to find her guilty because she will be getting off anyway. So make it easy on people to say guilty knowing that she wont be going to jail. Again, I want to see her tried and convicted; I want that tag wrapped around the Clintons and all those associated with her.
The recent news that the DOJ will take another look at James Comey’s actions re. Hillary prompts me to reprise my comment of earlier this year. I may be DEAD WRONG (my few remaining friends know that to be my natural state), but it’s entirely possible that Comey could go down as the guy who saved America — the idea — from the final destruction planned for us by the libs. Comey MAY have constructed that presentation as a metaphorical flip of his middle finger to the White House, the Clintons, Holder and Lynch!
We will probably never know. And, if he wants to continue sucking wind, it’s a good bet that Comey will NEVER admit it!

As I reflected on Comey’s comments on Tuesday, it struck me that he may be more clever than we thought. His first 15+ minutes were loaded with sound bites Trump is already making into TV spots. Comey politely called her everything but a child of God and now it’s ALL OUT THERE from the top guy at the FBI!
Then by NOT referring it for prosecution, he has all but the most dedicated Clinton loyalists and brain-dead Democrats (but I again repeat myself) so FURIOUS at the failure to follow through that I believe the election may be an anticlimax — unless Trump steps on his ______________
(insert the name of your favorite body part here) — or they STEAL another one.
So, if he DID get “The Word” from obozo to keep Clinton in the race (and my guess is that he did), his presentation was constructed to do as much damage to her while, at the same time, TECHNICALLY following obama’s order to NOT refer for prosecution, keeping himself out of the doghouse (best case) or from prematurely and suddenly dropping to room temperature . Perhaps some sort of spiteful, up yours obozo twofer? We may never know!
Bottom line: Comey may understand, as many of us do, that losing this election would be more devastating to Hillary Clinton than being indicted and the prospect of going to prison!
PS: PARDON her for WHAT? Wouldn’t she have to either admit to a crime or have been tried and found guilty?
No. He won’t.
First that means she probably would be found guilty of some of the criminal things she is accused of doing.
Second, that would spare our country the banana republic image of purging the previous regime.
Third it defangs the arguments that she won the popular vote because if the allegations had been properly pursued it would have likely made her totally ineligible to run at all.
I hope he does. You have to be guilty to require a pardon. Really guilty to require a presidential pardon. Go for it Barry!
Nobody likes hillary. I don’t think obama likes her enough to pardon her.
If he does pardon her, that kills any remaining chance of her ever running for any office again.
Of course he will, if anyone ever doubted Barry will issue a Pardon for Hillary they have been living in dream land... not only will he issue it, he will claim he is only doing it to protect her from partisan witch hunts by republicans/trump... He will go out of his way to claim she never did anything wrong.
Zero’s pardon would prove her guilt as well as his even more, IMO.
