Notice he catches himself here and further modifies that only violent criminals who are illegal aliens will be deported, not all criminals, like drunk drivers, unless they actually kill someone.
He is still a Cheap Labor Express Republican bent on amnesty for the rest that are not violent criminals.
They are ALL criminals, from document fraud and stealing benefits to illegal employment and drunk driving.
Just because they have not been caught and convicted YET is no reason to not deport them. They are illegal aliens.
