You’re defending a man would couldn’t grasp the need to oppose Hillary Clinton with every fiber of his being last year. This means he didn’t find it important enough to prevent her from winning and being able to appoint 2-4 SCOTUS justices during her term in office.

At the very least cruise has been guilty of some spectacularly bad decisions. Stabby the clown comes to mind. Then there's Corker and TPA. Add in his willingness to see cankles elected because of his arrested emotional development, and you just don't get someone who can be trusted.
