The privilege may be invoked in either criminal or civil proceedings. The marital confidences privilege only applies to communications made during marriage and cannot be invoked for communications before marriage, or after divorce. That is my basic tghought.
However, I think HE also realizes that with all the publicity about his behavior-—NO OTHER woman is ever going to be attracted to him.
I want both of them arrested. Her for treason. Him for sexually deviant behavior.
