Yes, I would be curious to know what definition of war crimes Rubio is using and how far back he wants to go in applying it. We could at least start with Obama and go from there.

“War Criminal” has been thrown around so many times it is a diluted as “racist”.
It seems to me that our own Civil War involved some rough handling of civilians, as in Sherman’s expelling all the residents of Atlanta, burning their city, homes, and businesses the ground and then marching to the sea. At least better than Marco. However, we learned early on that while Ted seemed to be a excellent candidate, that soon tanked. Now he is climbing back, but he (Ted) needs to work exceptionally hard to prove he is worthy of praise, and is to be trusted.
