Are you saying Tillerson is going to act in best interest of COC? I.E. supporting H-1B Visa, open borders, etc...and that is why COC would want him?
Yeah, pretty much. Tillerson will come at his SoS job with a corportist background and Chamber lobbyists will have a friendly ear to bend.

He will likely pass confirmation, and COC may want him; however, I don’t think anyone can say “GUARANTEED” (which really implies hard fact) unless they have some actual research to support that...
