He tried to harangue Tillerson into calling Vladimir Putin a war criminal.
I was shouting at the TV for Tillerson to aks Rubio, "Sen. Rubio, if you thought Putin is a war criminal, you've been in a position to do something about it for at least six years. What have you done?"
Or,
"Sen. Rubio why do you suppose President Obama assured a war criminal he'd be more flexible after his re-election and what did you do about it?"

He will likely pass confirmation, and COC may want him; however, I don’t think anyone can say “GUARANTEED” (which really implies hard fact) unless they have some actual research to support that...

I was a Tillerson skeptic. At this point I think Tillerson should be confirmed.
I was never doubtful that Rubio would be a prick if the voters of Florida were stupid enough to reward him for his Gang of Eight treason.
