Can someone please explain why when a Democrat engages in sexual behavior or deviancy it is “just sex,” but when a Republican does it they need to leave office?

Democrats have no standards. Thus, they are free to do anything without being called hypocrites.
Saul Alinsky tactic. Trying to hold them to account for their own book of rules. That can be turned around, much to their chagrin and as they're discovering in spades of late.
When you are a democrat, butt sex and BJs in public restrooms are “gay rights.”
When you are a Republican, tapping your foot while sitting on the pot is a crime.
