A Dairy Queen owner unleashed a racist tirade against a customer. He no longer has a business.

The Dairy Queen owner shouting the n-word at Deianeira Ford told her he could say whatever he wanted at his fast-food restaurant — that any accusations and complaints she uttered would fall on deaf ears.

Ford was vindicated two days later, when her Facebook post about the incident provoked outrage so strong that the Dairy Queen in Zion, Ill., didn’t open for business.

But her victory was tempered by something even more troubling that she heard at a protest: Although she was the most vocal victim of the owner’s racism, she was not the first.

Felt very sorry for the woman and her children then the Lawyer got Involved.
The guy apologized,lost his business,but now Dairy Queen has to be put out of business.
Reminds me of all the democrats today,Jeff Sessions is having his confirmation bearings today and guess what be is?
Racist of course,he is white,from the South and a republican.
Well the saints the democrats,who by the way we’re the ones standing in the doors preventing black children from attending school back when the KKK ruled down there,led by Govenor George Wallace,A Democrat,and you know who the Grand Kleagle of the KKK was? Robert Byrd Democrat,that’s right he held the job of Senate majority leader,the job now held by Chuck Schumer,and Harry Reid before him.
When confronted by this the hypocrit democrats say,well he apologized,that’s it,no law suits,expulsion from the Senate,public flogging,stoning.
Now as reprehensible as this dairy queen guy waS,he has been humiliated,lost his business and apologized,but of course now the entire corporation is responsible,and of course Trump.
The double standard is as despicable as the act

but the good news if you’re right he’ll get to sue Dairy Queen. Deep pockets, he’ll have no problem finding a lawyer.

If they are willing to settle for low six figures, they'll likely get it without waiting for trial.

Yep. The accusation is on page one, days one through thirty. The retraction on day 31 is on page 31, below the fold.

That said, if this accusation is true, serves him right.
