Despite a record loss of offices for the Democratic Party during his eight-year presidency, Barack Obama believes that the problem is not the party’s values or policy prescriptions but the inability to “make the argument.”
That’s what his top spokesman told Newsmax Friday in response to our question about the numerous news stories pointing out that Democrats lost 1,030 offices — U.S. Senate and House seats, governorships, and state legislative offices — during the Obama presidency.
Noting that several reports conclude that this is the largest loss of offices for a party while it held the White House in modern history, we asked how the President felt about it.

Losing the argument is not the same thing as not making the argument. We’ve been hearing you loud and clear for 8 years. If you couldn’t make your pitch in that amount of time, then you’re just an incompetent boob.

Sure, Obama came in to office after a campaign of platitudes of “Hope and Change” and very little else other than rich people are too rich.
Over time voters figured out that Obama is a hack and that the Democrats that follow him are no better.
Eight years of Democrat control of the White House have not improved the welfare of the United States. If fact the average American makes less money than before he took office. That is the bottom line. The final measure.
