Not sure, but he is in charge until 12:01pm on Jan 20th. Possibly Trumps team has a replacement standing by. Have a feeling there is going to be extensive attempts at disrupting the ceremonies and parade.........

From what I have read there will be an awfully lot of enforcement to push back.
But I wouldn’t put anything past the “disruptors” to try and ruin the day.
