I’m afraid you are right.
From what I have read there will be an awfully lot of enforcement to push back.
But I wouldn’t put anything past the “disruptors” to try and ruin the day.
The volume of LEO’s should be able to keep the vast majority them confined to their designated areas but I imagine some will be able to find ways to infiltrate............
