The Rev. Al Sharpton says Americans cannot afford Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) serving as President-elect Donald Trumps attorney general.
To have Sen. Sessions as attorney general is a nightmare we cannot wake up from, he said during a Friday press call with other civil rights leaders, according to the Washington Examiner.
The NAACPs president, meanwhile, said his organization mainly opposes Sessions over his record on voting rights.

Sharpton needs to be investigated , indicted and arrested for tax evasion ; given a life sentence , in Guantanamo
Poor Al. Went from famous under dinkins, to a nobody under Giuliani’s reign, to a king under obummer’s reign, back to a nobody on Trump’s reign.
It’s mind over matter al.
We don’t mind cause you no longer matter.
He is feeling the fear of retribution and the possibility that his gig is up.
There is no lullaby so soothing as Sharpton’s nightmare screams and nothing so frighteningly suspicious as Sharpton sleeping contentedly.
Giuliani never gave Al the time of day from 1994 to 2002. Sharpton I believe ran for mayor of NYC in 1997 and almost did in 2001.
Sharpton needs to be held to the same standard as ordinary citizens and prosecuted for racketeering and tax evasion.
As far as Al is concerned, he is no doubt correct.
Fortunately, others see it differently.
It was a GREAT era!!!
We voted EIGHTY PERCENT for him on Staten Island :)
Giuliani time rocked!
Even though he did close down all the sleazy strip joints!
Saved me a lot of trips to confession!!
A friend of mine was saying last November that Hillary was probably the first criminal the Democrats ever ran for President. I said to him, are you kidding me? They ran Al Sharpton and Ted Kennedy for POTUS. I would even put John Kerry in that category as well, a traitor to the US military. Democraps seem to have this obsession with having crooks rule the country yet when Nixon and Watergate happened they hit the roof. So THAT was bad to them, but running crooks for office who are a million times worse than Nixon is OK.
A lefty feeling this way makes me feel good.
Sorta means Sessions is the right guy for the job.
it is a nightmare...for your libtard Dems
He’s gonna be a nightmare alright. To the democRATS!
There will be HELL to pay. Better lawyer up Sharpton!
Sorry Al..... Law and order is coming to town... :)

“Giuliani never gave Al the time of day from 1994 to 2002. Sharpton I believe ran for mayor of NYC in 1997 and almost did in 2001.”
Sharpton has run unsuccessfully for elected office on multiple occasions. Of his unsuccessful runs, he said that winning office may not have been his goal, saying in an interview: “Much of the media criticism of me assumes their goals and they impose them on me.
Well, those might not be my goals. So they will say, ‘Well, Sharpton has not won a political office.’ But that might not be my goal! Maybe I ran for political office to change the debate, or to raise the social justice question.”
Sharpton ran for a United States Senate seat from New York in 1988, 1992, and 1994. In 1997, he ran for Mayor of New York City.
During his 1992 bid, he and his wife lived in a home in Englewood, New Jersey, though he said his residence was an apartment in Brooklyn.
Good Al, worry so much you suffer a stroke , you scumbag bastard.
That's right, Al, you can feel us coming, can't you?
Al “If you be white you be racist” Sharpton, a black racist bigot, is the country’s nightmare.
My father was a cop in the 1960s and 70s in Brooklyn. He said Sharpton use to hang out at the cop station all the time when he was a kid and they would give him food because he was a welfare kid. And what did Sharpton do later on? He stabbed the cops in the back - repeatedly for years. The guy is the lowest form of scum there is.
