Don't forget every politically appointed Federal Department and Agency SES Level employee. Also reassign every SES employee who was an Obama political appointee to jobs where they can't do any harm, preferably in some fly over country backwater as far away from DC as possible.

Decided to find a link on Ambassadors. Roughly 45 are political appointees, the remainder of the 188 total are career, and presumable covered by civil service protections.
