There has got to be a long-term effect of CCW holders killing these recidivist felon scumbags, and the thugs that are on the same trajectory, but have just started their life of crime. However, I suspect we won’t see the drop in the crime rate for years, because there so many of these thugs that just get recycled back onto the streets to commit more crimes after the hospitals save them.
...shootings involving concealed carry permit holders many of whom have extensive criminal recordsI would think that having "extensive criminal records" would preclude the issuing of concealed carry permits to those individuals. Perhaps the chief is just making stuff up as most anti-gun people do.
He is saying that having a few misdemeanors is an “extensive criminal history”.
Or put more succinctly — He’s lying.

JUSTIFIED. Next....
Since homicide is the killing of a human, even if justified, he is right. But this idiot wants to imply that lawful CCW permit holders are out looking for someone to kill.
100% B.S.
100% B.S.
I suspect you mean that Chief Flynn’s comments are B.S., but that is only from reading you in the past.
Yes. Sorry I wasn’t clear enough.
I ADORE Sheriff Clarke. Wisconsin is SO lucky to have him - and we need to CLONE him, STAT!
With CCW, there may have been up to two homocides in this case. Without CCW there would have only been one. So the Police Chief is right!
Sounds like hopefully the only person to be charged with murder will be the wounded thug.
CoPs of ‘Rat Urban Utopias seem to be way more retarded than elected sheriffs ( most of whom are NOT in anyway retarded).
