The Facebook video, posted on Monday by Hasanah Tykeeba, is titled “PHILLY CANT NEVER CHILL.” In it, nobody is chilling and by early Tuesday morning, it had been viewed nearly 150,000 times.
What’s shown over the course of a minute of footage is a mass brawl between two families in the middle of a Southwest Philadelphia street. There are flying kicks delivered from atop parked cars, and a pair of police officers attempting to restore order.
Then, 30 seconds in, a baton-brandishing female officer is shown entering the fray. The street clears out and she’s one-on-one with a teenage female.

To Organic Panic re: AFFH. You are exactly right. You know why they will be moved into white neighborhoods? Because ALL white neighborhoods, which were developed so that people could escape this violent, rampaging thug culture, are built on “magic dirt”. Whitey always gets the “magic dirt”, where safe neighborhoods and good schools just “magically” spring from the earth. Without any work or effort.

Well, that and the guy that gets out of his car and starts yelling at them. Frankly, I’m amazed (and somewhat amused) by the actions of the people leading up to them getting beat up or shot by police. Every time I say to myself, “that’s why I don’t do that when interacting with cops. Duh.”

The Chicago streets can’t name one thing Barry, the community organizer, did for Chicago. Not one. Heck, he, Emanuel, Farakan and Ayers couldn’t be bothered to get 911 in so the drive bys could call for an ambulance. In 1989, 28 Chicago suburbs were still without 911.

There isn’t a whole lot of real intelligence among the BLM racial and racist agitators who always seem to conveniently pop-up when something “goes down”.
As an old Philadelphian (1960’s, college), I knew about black crime and related violence but it was never like this until the Marxists merged with the black extremists to throw gasoline on the embers.
And it seems that 30 black kids beating the crap out of each other is just “another normal day in the hood” to BLM, what’s left of MOVE/Africa, and similar leftist hate organizations.
No wonder the schools in parts of Philadelphia resemble war-zones, not teaching zones (and my wife was a teacher at Ludlow Elementary). I saw kids who had hope in their eyes when white teachers cared about them.
Now I don’t know if there are any white teachers left in a numbers in Philly schools. And the few black teachers I knew were dedicated to teaching yet even many of them had to give up on a significant part of their students.
White discrimination was replaced by white weak leadership, black incompetency and now racism, fear, and criminals, and that is just in the school
A policeman friend of mine had to move his daughter, who went to Temple Un., out of the school neighborhood because it was unsafe, and they are both black persons. Now that says something about Philadelphia, a city that has been in perpetual decline for over 50 years despite some well intentioned programs to try and help decent black people have a safe and productive life.
That is why Democrats, esp. black ones, should never be allowed to run a major city. They just can’t. They are up against political machines, gangs, power-hungry individuals, and black racists who intimidate those who want to succeed.
Law enforcement is now crippled because of the giving in to the street rabble of Ferguson and West Baltimore. I’ve seen it before and the great harm it did to the mainly poor people who lived in those areas.
And under Obama/Holder and Lynch, it has only gotten worse.
God help Philadelphia because no one else can unless you dig up Chief Rizzo and swear him back in.
MSM reports these type of mini riots as ‘unruly yutes” with no further identification.
In all my 76 years living in all sorts of anglo and Mexican American neighborhoods I don’t recall seeing this type of brawling in the streets.

Yes, You’re missing the part where Officer Ratchet is doing her best silverback gorilla imitation and pushing her chest against the girl while the girl was clearly trying to retreat.
I’m not saying that what the girl initially did was right but what the officer did was wrong. There’s no justification for a cop getting someone on the ground and then beating on them as if the cop is also a rioter.
This is where I roll out my Three Rules for Everyone in Law Enforcement:
1. Uphold the Constitution
2. Obey the laws you enforce
3. Don’t be a dick
If they can’t manage these three simple rules then they need to turn in their badge and their gun.
I teach in Los Angeles and have for almost 13 years now, and I agree with you. Mexican/Latino kids don’t act like this.

One of the insidious goals of PC is to redefine bad behavior as a cultural norm. Black kids in classrooms are disruptive but teachers can't do anything because that disruptive behavior has been defined as a "black thing" so to discipline for it is to be a racist. This is true of the behavior of blacks when they are stopped by the police. It is cultural for them to be disruptive and disobedient to the instructions of the police. I just heard that in 2015 there were some 48,000 stop and frisk type stops in Chicago. In 2016 there were 8,000 so clearly the cops are standing down for now. Trump ran as a law and order president which was called racist for all of these reasons. Lets hope and pray that Trump can defeat this suicidal PC reverse racist crap!
It is interesting how the video pans away just at the moment where "assaulting a police officer" could have taken place...then pans back just as the perp is taken down.

Its not about race, its about the black culture that permeates the inner cities. Nothing will get better until that culture is recognized as the problem and blacks decide to change it.

I make no qualms about proclaiming, wherever there are human ears, that modern U.S. black culture is poison to anyone it touches and is best avoided.

It cannot be merely avoided, it has to be condemned. I see absolutely no positives in it. No white can do it effectively without being labeled a racist. Obama had the perfect opportunity to make constructive changes in the black community but instead he chose to reinforce black’s self destructive path.
