Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer is preparing to block President-elect Donald Trumps Supreme Court nominee if he or she is not in the mainstream.
Its hard for me to imagine a nominee that Donald Trump would choose that would get Republican support that we could support, the New York Democrat told MSNBCs Rachel Maddow Tuesday night.
Asked if he would do his best to hold the seat open, Schumer responded, Absolutely.

Fine. When the witch Ruth Buzzy and faggot Kennedy kick off, we’ll be closer having a majority.
This is the man Rush Limbaugh dined with, secretly did the bidding of, and kept it from his audience while pretending to hoot and call him Chuck U Schumer on air.
That guarantees nothing. Still have Linda Graham and Susan Collins as "D's" disguised as "R's," among others.
Trump should respond to Schumer, “You have until the Easter Recess to approve my nominee or I recess appoint Roy Moore as soon as the Senate leaves on their Easter Break.”
It could also be a flash in the pan. It’s not unusual for a democrat to raise a stink before they leave the field of battle. I guess they do this to assure their constituents of their orthodoxy.
I think (hope) Chuck knows that Trump is playing for keeps.
Let’s face it, personal blackmail is currency in DC and mutual threats are held in equilibrium at some level. I suspect this explains McConnell’s and McCain’s compliance over the last few years. I’ll bet Schumer has a closet full of skeletons and Trump, having endured repeated inquiries into his background, comparatively few.
And maybe we can thank msnbc and their ilk for culling out the most compromised and vulnerable Republicans while giving every reprobate democrat a free pass because, ethically speaking, we hold a strong hand. More important still, we have a president who is too rich to bribe, and who has the audacity to play this hand.
If all these suppositions are accurate, a little fussing and fuming from the likes of Schumer is a small necessity, allowing them to preserve what they consider dignity as they quietly give way.
Exactly what I thought
Trump needs to wake the Turdle up and get rid of the filibuster.
Trump is putting a lot of the accountability on McConnell to keep his Senate in line by holding Elaine Chau's position in escrow, if you will. I think it will be a rocky road for Chau if McConnell disappoints in the Senate.

“if he or she is not in the mainstream.”
#FAKENEWS
The msm trying to help the demon rats determine what is “mainstream.”
It will be #FAKENEWS inundation smear campaign against any nominee presented by Trump.
An attempt to delegitamize any nominee, exactly what the fake news msm and demon rats are doing now against President Trump.
The only “seat” that Schumer should hold open is a “toilet seat”. That’s all he’s good for, if at that.
God, do your thing, please!
I’ve had two heart attacks. I’ll gladly give the third one to Chuckie, spawn of the Devil, because he is evil and one of America’s worst domestic enemies.
So when Ruth Buzzy and Bryer croak Trump should just say, hey maybe not filling those seats are a good thing.
Then it would be 4 Rs and 2 liberals with one of the Rs being an iffy jellyfish.
Works for me. Up yours, Chuckles!
Republicans could have 60+ seats after the 2018 midterms if Trump does a good job, many “D” seats up for grabs.
"Schumer says Democrats will filibuster Supreme court nominees."
Fine.
As long as the dummy Republicans enforce the filibuster rule like it was intended. Let them talk...
...and talk, and talk.
When they're done, VOTE. No more of this pussy-footin' around stuff about filibuster "threats".
There was a picture of Schumer posing with George Soros’s son... and other top democrats. Seems that picture as gone missing. Anyone remember the tread it was on?
Nuclear option - Wikipedia
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_option
Jump to Filibustering judicial nominees - The nuclear or constitutional option is a parliamentary procedure that allows the U.S. Senate to override a rule or precedent by a simple majority of 51 votes, instead of by a supermajority of 60 votes. ... In 1917, a threat to use what is now known as the nuclear option resulted in reform of the Senate’s filibuster rules.
This is TOO IMPORTANT to “F” around with. (”F”ool)
It is time for the “NUCLEAR OPTION”.
If Chucky Schumer tries to block any SCOTUS confirmations pass the “NUCLEAR OPTION” so that only a majority of Senators will be required to confirm Supreme Court nominees.
51 Senators or in case of a tie, 50 + Vice President Pence.
We just CAN’T afford to screw this up. The future of our nation, for DECADES to come, depends on us stacking the court with pro life, original intent, conservatives, while we can. This opportunity can NOT be wasted.
NOTHING is more important.
Senate precedent be DAMNED!
We need to proceed like we WON!
WE DID! Now act like it!
They're Dems. They will simply change the rules, again. It is Rule #2 in their Playbook. The #1 Rule is "It's always someone else's fault."
You are buying into the media and Democrat narrative. The precedent is not that lower court nominees are immune to filibuster.
Rather, the new precedent is that the majority leader can now change the filibuster rules whenever they want to.
I want to see nominees from "the list", and if Scummer and the d-RATS want to make a knife-fight of it, I want to see the Republicans stick it to them.
