House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Monday that the ball is in the GOP's court when it comes to replacing ObamaCare, according to reports.
Pelosi didnt necessarily rule out working with the GOP on replacing President Obamas signature domestic policy achievement after it is repealed, but said the responsibility to do so will ultimately fall in their lap.

Nancy, have you figured out what was in it yet?
We’ll let her know what’s in it after we pass it.
Let people write off the cost of their premiums on their taxes. And possibly include the cost of out of pocket expenses.
Yo, Nancy - it needs to be eliminated, not replaced.
Problem is...repealing it alone is a great replacement!
The replacement needs to be to create an open and viable insurance market that people can truly shop for insurance the fits their needs.
Second, this may be far more difficult, but pricing for supplies etc. increased dramatically under Obamacare. Some how those prices are not going to dramatically fall. How do we address pricing for medical supplies etc.
You own it, bitch. No Republicans voted for that communist POS.
It needs no replacement.
No, you’re wrong Nancy. The championship is over and the GOP won. Getting rid of Obamacare is what happens after the victory.
No
No replacement.
Screw the statists.
Pelosi is exactly correct.
The design of Obamacare was intended to make nationalization the only way out, and that is exactly what I expect to happen.
Obamacare was very well designed to serve its true purpose. Pelosi and the others knew EXACTLY what was in it, and why.
Nancy, Trump is probably gonna remove state lines from health insurance and add state lines to education...
No more Obamacare and no more Federal Dept of Education...
The issue is that now the libs have convinced the sheeple that big government owes them health insurance. That wasn’t true in 2008. Politically difficult but that’s where the Congress has to start.
STFU Pelosi
I think it should be henceforth phrased as: the disastrous, democrat-passed, Pelosi-approved Obamacare bill.
The media will cover for her and blame Republicans - otherwise this would be incredibly stupid.
But she can rely on the media.
Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States. Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added]. Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
Note that former Speaker Pelosi wrongly ignored a resolution to propose a healthcare amendment to the states when she rammed unconstitutional Obamacare through the House.
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States regarding the right of citizens of the United States to health care of equal high quality. H. J. Res. 30.
Leave the exchanges in place.
Repeal the mandate.
Repeal the subsidies
It dies on the vine.
Easy peasy.
